1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • Your order arrived with missing items.

To be eligible for a return, products must generally be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetics, skincare products, and personal care items cannot generally be returned unless they are defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Reporting a Problem

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

Please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos or a video showing the issue.

  • A short description of the problem.

We will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

3. Refund Policy

Once your return or refund request is reviewed and approved, we will inform you of the available resolution.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement product.

  • A refund to the original payment method, where available.

  • Another mutually agreed resolution.

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–14 business days. The time it takes for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we will advise you on the return shipping arrangements.

For other approved returns, shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

6. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests can only be accepted before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

7. Exchanges and Replacements

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us with your order details and supporting photos. We will review the issue and, if approved, arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution.
