Mere knees mein stiffness rehti thi, especially subah. Ostrich Oil massage ke liye use kiya to movement pehle se comfortable feel hui.
Mujhe iska warming effect kaafi acha laga. Massage ke baad muscles light aur relaxed feel hote hain, aur skin bhi soft rehti hai.
Pehle different oils try kiye thay lekin ye wala texture mein kaafi light laga. Massage ke baad joints aur muscles dono comfortable feel hote hain.
Absorption:dont know about result but received in good packaging.

Kal din me mjhhe oil received huaa then rt ko mene mama k bazu ki malish ki or aj sbh unhn ne btaya k Raat sukoon se soyi hain Kafi arse bad... To first application k bad b result achaa ha eskaa... Highly recommended
